How To Order
Orders can be made online using our secure shopping cart facility. We have partnered with ANZ Bank eGate, a leading electronic payment service that enables businesses to securely accept and process customer payments.
Please note that our payment gateway web site is secure and is located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Look for the yellow padlock at the bottom of your screen to ensure this security.
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our sales events once an order has been placed in our system we cannot edit or change an order once it is paid for. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched or during our picking and packing process. You are more than welcome to exchange your items within 14 days. Please see our exchange/returns policy for more information.
Can I combine items from two separate sales into the same order?
We can combine products from multiple sales.

Is Goods and Services Tax (GST) included in your pricing?
Yes, all prices include GST (10%) unless stated otherwise on the product listing. Goods are GST free if exported from mainland Australia upon receiving payment for the goods. We currently ship to the USA, New Zealand, Europe and Japan.
Order confirmation
We will ask for your email address during the checkout process, as soon as we have received your payment for your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be automatically dispatched from our stock room either the same day or the following business day and you will receive an email to confirm this. We are in the process of organising and offering a tracking system (via Australia Post) at the final stage of your order. When in place, a unique tracking ID will be provided. You will be able to track its delivery online. We like to make sure all orders are sent quickly so you don't have to wait. If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at orders@cheekibrands.com.au.

Please select your payment method at the checkout. Secure online payment confidence from the ANZ eGate. Cheeki Brands guarantees that your credit card number will be taken online, directly through our secure payment gateway.
Payment method for online store:
1. Credit Card: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
2. Cheeki Vouchers.
Each 'Cheeki Voucher' is not transferable, has no monetary value, and expires 12 weeks after date of issue. The use of a 'Cheeki Voucher' requires the total value of the order (excluding delivery costs) to be higher than the monetary value of the discount given by the 'Cheeki Voucher'.
Grand Opening Invite a Friend ‘Cheeki $5 Voucher’ specifies a minimum spend of $75 in order to be used (excluding delivery and handling fees).
When an order is placed and 'Cheeki Voucher' is redeemed and it contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund/exchange of an item bought in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it.

Cheeki Brands Pty Ltd is an online company and operates automonously from the retail store Cheeki Kids.
Any enquiries to Cheeki Kids will not be redirected to Cheeki Brands.
All stock is subject to availability. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Cheeki Brands are not responsible for any items that run out of stock while displayed online. Any order placed by you via this website constitutes an offer by you to Cheeki Brands to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order.
Cheeki Brands reserves the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order. No binding contract shall be formed unless Cheeki brands communicates to you that it has accepted your order and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed.
Pricing
For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.
All prices quoted include GST.
Currency conversion facility is provided for customer convenience only. All goods and services sold are in Australian dollars ($AU) only. All transactions are completed in Australian Dollars ($AU) only.
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the freight charges. Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country so if you are unsure if your goods will be subject to these fees you should contact your local customs or postal service.
Prices are typically held next to their Recommended Retail Price ("RRP") and compared to their Cheeki Brand sale prices, with the RRP shown crossed out. The RRP is provided to Cheeki Brands by the supplier and represents the supplier's typical RRP for the product. The RRP has been reviewed and compared to prevailing market prices and other suppliers' prices by Cheeki Brands. |
